| Real Estate Navigators vows to provide:
- Education at every club meeting;
- A forum for marketing investment properties and related products
or services among club members at every club meeting;
- A promise to never, ever "talk down" to a new investor.
- A promise of encouragement, moral support and collective experience
to those in need.
In short, we are determined to do the best we can to guide you
into generating multiple income streams.
What are our Workshops Like?
Our workshops consist of two main sessions: the Marketing Session
and the General Session. In the Marketing Session, our members stand
up and announce if they have real estate for sale or some sort of
service to offer – from handyman services to legal services
to anything in between.
In the General Session, we feature the night’s Guest Speaker
– and this might be a local expert on real estate, or a nationally
recognized speaker.
We begin each night with “Success Stories,” where our
members stand up and talk about ways they have made or saved money
thanks to information they learned at one of the Real Estate Navigators
meetings. It’s inspiring when someone who knew nothing about
real estate before they joined the club stands up and says they
made or saved thousands of dollars for doing something they learned
at one of the workshops. This happens at almost every workshop.
How Much is Membership?
Membership dues are $100 per year (12 months), additional family
memberships are only $75. This allows you to attend all of our workshops,
and it also earns you discounts on other offers by the Club.
Dues can be paid at any monthly Workshop, or by mailing a check
for the correct amount to: Success Inspirations, 423 Green Acres
